There are a lot of extreme sports out there ... but extreme blending?
No, we don't mean some sort of unorthodox mixing of cultures, but the insertion of unusual objects into a kitchen blender.
Sure, it's just a viral marketing ploy by the folks at Blendtec but it's got a kind of a Mythbusters appeal to it.
"Will it blend?" they ask.
Luckily, the question is divided into two categories: Don't Try This At Home and Try This At Home.
Likely most Last Link readers won't bother with the latter category.
So what is the Blendtec capable of serving up should you so desire?
Bottled beverages (whole glass), movie night (popcorn, a can of coke and a DVD), a pocketful of pens, golfballs, marbles but best of all, a rake handle.
If the aforementioned is not your cup of grind, the "safe" blends involve a pureed McDonalds Extra Value meal and a solution to your credit card problems.
Can't afford a Blendtec but have a secret desire to see how their product handles your favourite object of desecration? Luckily, they're open to suggestion.
